JAMIE'S PAINTING & DESIGN PAYMENT POLICIES & PAYMENTS


Beginning in 2018 all students will be required to make a non-refundable deposit to hold a space for the art class or art workshops held in our studio. Home School students need to bring their vouchers to the first day of class. 


DEPOSITS 

  • Art Classes: $40 deposit 
  • 3 Day Summer Art Workshops: $30 deposit
  • One Day Art Workshops: $10


PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • On the first day of class students are required to bring the remainder of the cost for the class or workshop.  
  • Jamie's Painting & Design accepts checks or cash.  Please make checks payable to Jamie Lentzner or Jamie's Painting & Design. 
  • Checks can be mailed to Jamie's Painting & Design 2213 Newberry Court, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762
  • Home School students will also need to make a deposit to hold a spot for classes.  Once they pay with the voucher the deposit will be returned.


CLASSES

Students can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the start of class for an entire refund minus the non-refundable deposit.  If Jamie's Painting & Design is able to fill the spot we will be happy to refund the deposit. Jamie's Painting & Design reserves the right to cancel any session due to low enrollment in which case full refund will be issued.


MAKE UP CLASSES
Students that miss a class or workshop due to an illness or unexpected emergency have till the end of the school year to make up the class.  There is no refund for missed classes due to vacation unless there are exceptional circumstances.


Please refer to the schedule for alternative classes and notify Jamie's Painting & Design 24 hours in advance of a make up to ensure we have room & art supplies.
