Personalization – All of the products in my catalog can be personalized at no additional cost, with no maximum number of letters. Please do keep in mind that personalization is taken into consideration with how my designs are laid-out and produced so I do not recommend trying to add a bunch of copy to the finished product.  The type and amount of information that you see in the product image is what I recommend.

Cancellation Policy – Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing your order.  Due to the personalized nature of my products, once your order goes into production, I will be unable to sell it to someone else unless an exact match of your order is placed.

Gift Wrap - There is a $5.00 charge for orders that request gift wrapping.

Return Policy – Due to the personalization of your order, I do not have a return policy (too difficult to resell someone else’s personalized order).  However, if your order is incorrectly produced by my company, or arrives damaged, then I will replace at no cost. 

Custom Designs – I do not do custom designs.  Yet, from time to time, I do release new designs.  I’m constantly trying to keep up with the latest trends in colors and room themes.  If you have a specific recommendation I would be more than happy to listen.  Go to the contact us page and send me your thoughts.

Murals – I have no desire to paint murals anymore......too much work involved.  If you are in Southern California, contact Debbie Killion, she does incredible work and is a close personal friend of mine.

Advertising – I do not advertise so as to not directly compete with any of my current and future channel partners.   I do not want advertisements on my site, or on my blog.

Link Trading – I have no desire to trade links.

Discounts – I do hold an annual sale for friends, family, and anyone who provides me with their email address.  I do not spam, and I will not sell your contact information to any third parties.

Craft Fairs – I do not do craft fairs.

Trade Shows – I do not do trade shows.  Back in the day I used to but found the total cost far exceeded any benefit returned to me and my business.

Free Products (reviews) for “Bloggers” – I do not give products to bloggers.  While I did try this a few times, I found it to be an opportunity for someone to get my product for free with their child’s name on it while providing absolutely no positive impact to my business.

Shipping & Handling – All orders ship at a flat rate of $10.95 for US delivery only.
